These little pieces are just a few samples of what kind of material I have successfully used in the teaching process. They are written for the saxophone, but they fit many instruments. There is - of course - a lot more and this is simply 'bait' - check for example the collections of the Itsy Bitsy Spider variations or the "Blues and Exercise". This stuff is very cheap to purchase - and fun. Anyway, my students love it.
The baroque fantasy has - deliberately - no dynamics. How much did Bach write? Not much. So make your own. Slurs are just suggestions. The piece is originally written for the flute, but can be used by saxophone, oboe and several other instruments.
